Raniganj Basanti Devi Goenka Vidya Mandir is a Higher secondary school located at J467+9V6, NSB Rd, near Sani Mandir, Raniganj, West Bengal IN. Raniganj Basanti Devi Goenka Vidyamandir started as a junior high school in the year 1959. It was the first hindi medium school for girls in the coal belt where students from even remote areas took admission. The discipline & teaching learning environment in the school has always been recommendable and has won various prizes for the school as marks of recommendation. Many allumni passing out from the school have excelled in their respective fields & made the school proud. The co-operation of the local  people in the smooth running of the school has also always been laudable. School is providing Upper Primary, Secondary, High Secondary (6-12) level education and is being managed by Department of Education.
